Foraging Walks

Hedgerow Harvest offers a range of foraging walks of around 3 hours duration.  On these we will walk looking for edible and poisonous species and discuss culinary uses of the edible species. Each walk will also cover equipment, sustainability, legal and safety issues. The walks include sampling opportunities.
