The course was really good! I think the way each plant was discussed in depth at each 'stop' combined with actually making a full meal with the gatherings really helped with understanding and memorising the plants.
Having the handouts is also very useful and it saves you forgetting what we picked due to scrappy field notes.
As I mentioned to you, I have attended quite a few 'bushcraft' type courses which included foraging, I think I have taken the most away from your course. MS - Dorset
Can I say again how much we both enjoyed today. It was a great balance of relaxed, friendly, educational and fun. I am really inspired now to buy the books and to make a start before the autumn season is over.
